NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The nonprofit founded by Matt and Macy Collins, who lost their daughter in the 2020 EF-4 tornado that hit Putnam County, will hold a fundraising dinner October 28 in Lebanon.
The Magnolia Foundation helps pay funeral, burial and cremation costs for children birth to age 18. It also helps families with grief counseling and commemorative care, such as special cards and keepsakes, to remember the child they loss on special birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.
“We mail them something to put in their hands, so they know there’s somebody out there who hasn’t forgotten,” said Matt Collins, when the former pastor and his wife first shared their story with WSMV4 in 2024.
Here are instructions on how to watch WSMV4 live on various platforms.
