PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The man killed in the Sellwood-Moreland Neighborhood over the weekend has been identified.

Portland police say Michael Pena-Tapia, 20, died of homicide by gunshot wound.

Pena-Tapia was shot around 10 p.m. SE 17th and Harold on Saturday.

Homicide detectives scoured the scene for hours, but at this time, no arrests have been made in the shooting.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Portland police.
