The three-level Peppermint Grove spread, on 991 square metres, featured what the judges described as exceptional execution in its detailing, design and construction , with its simple styling disguising high skill to achieve “such a flawless result”.
Built by Giorgi, aged timber, marble and stone feature alongside arched colonnades and a contemporary layout with knockout sweeping views of Freshwater Bay were highly praised.
