BOSTON — The Bruins ’ losing streak has reached five games.
Boston rallied in the third period from a 2-0 deficit, but couldn’t overcome the Panthers at the end of the day and fell, 4-3, on Tuesday night.
The Bruins tied it at 3-3 with 1:31 left in the third period, but the Panthers played spoiler with 25 seconds left with a late goal.
Brad Marchand , in his return to TD Garden for the first time since the March 2025 trade, drew a trip 33 seconds into the game and made his former team pay as Mackie Samoskevich poked a loose puck in the crease past Jeremy Swayman — with an assist from Marchand — for the 1-0 lead.
