Tori Peirano’s two goals were enough to secure a 2-0 win for Park Ridge against Pompton Lakes in Park Ridge.

Peirano, who leads the Owls with 17 goals, hadn’t scored in the last three games following a hat trick against Elmwood Park on Oct. 7.

Lauren Stewart and Avery Moran provided the assists.

The win keeps Park Ridge (10-6-1) in the hunt for the NJIC Liberty Division title. The Owls are 6-1-1 in division play, trailing only Cresskill, who is 7-1.

That lone loss was against Park Ridge on Sept. 26. The teams will meet again on Oct. 28, with one other division match scheduled for each team beforehand.

Pompton Lakes is 3-13-2.
