New Delhi: Asian Cricket Council (ACC) chief Mohsin Naqvi accused the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) of petty politics, responding to an email sent by the Indian cricket board, warning him of escalation of the matter to the International Cricket Council (ICC) if the Asia Cup 2025 trophy was not handed over to India. In his reply, Naqvi said he is willing to give the trophy to India, but didn’t budge from his stand of personally handing over the silverware to the winners in his capacity as the ACC head.
