Police who spotted white powder on a motorist's face found him to be 16 times over the cocaine limit for driving.
Colin Edgar, 44, of Coatbridge , was banned from the road when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.
He admitted being over the drug limit when driving on South Calder Way, Newmains, on February 3.
Cameron Murdoch, prosecuting, said police "had reason to attend" the area and saw Edgar in the driver's seat of an Audi Q2.
Ring doorbell footage showed him pulling up in the street and dropping off a passenger before turning the vehicle and stopping, reports Lanarkshire Live .
Mr Murdoch told the court: "He was then seen standing under a street light. White powder was observed under his nose and on his top lip.
