An arrest has been made after two women and a man were fatally shot in South San Jose, police said Wednesday .
Police identified the suspect as Joseph Vicencio, who was taken into custody on Wednesday in San Jose. Vicencio, 27, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of murder, police said. Booking records show Vicencio is being held without bail
Mayor Matt Mahan said one of the victims was a city employee in the Housing Department named Max Ryan.
