HAMPTON, Va. — An apartment complex was scorched by a large fire Wednesday morning, according to video taken by News 3.

As of 5:05 a.m., Hampton Fire & Rescue crews were still seen at the scene on 2 Secretariat Lane.

When the fire started, the amount of people displaced and the number of resulting injuries is currently not known.
