Ayushmann Khurrana visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on Wednesday to seek blessings after the massive success of his latest release, 'Thamma'. Interestingly, the film also marks Khurana's biggest box office opening in his entire career.

Ayushmann was joined by producer Amar Kaushik during the temple visit, marking a moment of gratitude after 'Thamma’s' strong box-office performance. The film’s success is being hailed as a milestone for both the actor and the MHCU — which includes 'Stree', 'Bhediya' and 'Munjya'.

'Thamma' opened to an impressive start at the box office, emerging as the second-biggest opener in Maddock’s horror-comedy universe (MDHCU) after 'Stree 2'. The film collected around Rs 25.11 crore net on Monday, capitalising on the post-Diwali holiday rush.
