Perth Airport’s duty-free precinct has been refurbished in a bold and ambitious attempt to redefine the travel retail experience in WA.

Perth’s duty-free, which officially opened on Wednesday, now spans four stores across terminals one and three, with the latest renovations focused on both departures and arrivals in terminal one.

Leading global travel retail company Avolta has transformed the area into a modern walkthrough design that is hard for travellers to miss while celebrating global luxury and Western Australian charm.

The store design is inspired by the six seasons of the Noongar people — Birak, Bunuru, Djeran, Makuru, Djilba and Kambarang — which are represented through imagery, colour and light.
