SRINAGAR : The Government Degree College (GDC) Baramulla (Autonomous) and All India Radio (AIR) Srinagar on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding to broadcast programmes produced by the college’s media students on Akashvani Srinagar.

The agreement was formalised between the college’s Principal, Prof Muhammad Shafi Lone, and AIR Srinagar’s Senior Programme Executive, Dr Satish Vimal. The signing was witnessed by Programme Officer Waseem Farooq Wani, senior faculty member Prof Tariq Chalkoo, and Head of the Media Studies Department, Dr Danish Nabi Gadda.
