North West is the rising it girl. From the beginning, we always knew it to be true that North would reign in fashion — especially since she has two parents who've managed to build their own fashion empires, respectively. Now 12, North continues to steal the show whenever she's out with her mother, Kim Kardashian, simply for being exactly who she is.
