BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Warren County Public Schools is getting an innovation school known as the IMPACT Center, which will focus on robotics, automation and smart manufacturing certifications.
Innovators and officials from other districts gathered for a summit to understand the center and how they could use it for ideas in their districts.
With six academies and 15-plus pathways for students to choose from, including Cyber Systems, Biomedical Innovation and Aeronautics, it’s an effort to make sure WCPS students can stay a step ahead of the future.
“Technology is changing faster, and certainly we can keep up with it, but what we can do is make sure our students have those essentials so they can adapt," said Rob Clayton, WCPS superintendent.
