Bhubaneswar : The State-Level Kala Utsav–2025 was inaugurated on Wednesday at the premises of Government Girls’ High School, Unit-6, Bhubaneswar. The SPD, OSEPA, Ananya Das, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

While addressing the gathering, Das appreciated the efforts of talented students from different zones of Odisha and stated that Odisha has always made a unique contribution in the field of art. She emphasised that such programmes serve as a vital platform for students to express their inner talents and creativity. She also expressed hope that the students’ outstanding performances at the state level would lead them to greater success at the national level.
