The Eagles have announced a couple of roster moves ahead of their Sunday game against the Giants, including opening the practice window for cornerback Jakorian Bennett and bringing back offensive guard Sua Opeta to the practice squad.

Eagles’ DC Vic Fangio spoke about Bennett’s potential return on Tuesday, noting that they’ll have to see what he can do once he gets back to practice before knowing if he’ll play on Sunday. Whenever Bennett is ready to return to action, Fangio said that he’ll still have an opportunity to compete for the CB2 role, acknowledging that he didn’t really get enough playing time before his injury to determine what he’s capable of in this defense.
