A fire broke out late on Monday evening in a residential building in Friends Avenue, Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

According to news agency ANI, fire tenders were rushed to the scene, and firefighting operations are currently underway. Preliminary reports suggest the blaze may have been triggered by fireworks during Diwali celebrations.

Witnesses said the fire spread rapidly, engulfing much of the building and destroying furniture, appliances, and other household items. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported so far. More than a dozen families were safely evacuated by local residents before the flames could spread further.
