The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has made a public request for any information that might assist in the identification of human remains found in Williams in 2008.

The unidentified individual was male, between 25 and 45 years old, and approximately 5-foot-4 tall. Recent DNA analysis found that the individual was of Southeast Asian descent, with likely ancestry in the area of Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand or southern China. And a dental isotope analysis suggested he grew up in the midwestern United States -- potentially in Michigan, Illinois or Indiana. Copy article link
