Defense Allows 13 Points for Second Consecutive Game
The Jets' defense dialed up the pressure for the second consecutive week, limiting the Panthers to 13 points after limiting the Broncos to 13 points a week ago. The Jets kept the Panthers out of the end zone in the second half and surrendered a FG in the third quarter.
"Another low-scoring game where the defense did a hell of a job holding this team to 13 points," HC Aaron Glenn said. "A good amount of three-and-outs, but obviously not good enough. We gave up too many points to allow us to win the game."
