(INSIDE CALIFORNIA POLITICS) — In an exclusive interview with Inside California Politics host Nikki Laurenzo, former Orange County congresswoman and candidate for California governor Katie Porter expressed remorse over two now-viral videos that called into question the frontrunner's temperament.

In the first video, Porter threatened to walk out of an interview following a tense exchange with a CBS Sacramento reporter who pressed the candidate on her statement that she didn't need to court Trump voters to win the 2026 election. Another video surfaced a day later of Porter shouting “get out of my f***ing shot!” at a staffer who appeared in the background of a 2021 Zoom call.
