In October 2025, Prince Andrew announced that he would “no longer use my title or the honors which have been conferred upon” him due to his connection to late disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.” The prince has continued to “vigorously deny” any wrongdoing, though he did reach a private settlement with late Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre in 2022 after she sued him for sexual assault.
