Two locations for The Fresh Market are closing less than a year after they opened, the grocery store chain confirmed to USA TODAY.
The Fresh Market stores, located in Naperville, Illinois, and Framingham, Massachusetts, will close once current inventory is sold out, the company told USA TODAY on Wednesday, Oct. 22. The stores are running a 25% off store-wide sale, not including alcohol and gift cards.
The closures come after the company analyzed its entire portfolio, the business said in a statement to USA TODAY. The company added that it is on a growth trajectory and is focused on opening stores in new communities and markets.
