A 19-year-old man is facing serious charges after an alleged assault against an individual under the age of 18. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, an officer responded to a disorderly detail in Uintah County and it was reported that while Gianni Davis had been notified by the homeowner not to enter onto the property, Davis did so anyway and assaulted the minor. Witnesses claimed that Davis kicked the victim in the head multiple times and broke a beer bottle on the back of the victim’s head. Officers noted a broken beer bottle and blood spatter. Assisting officers located Davis as he fled the area in a passenger vehicle. While speaking to Davis, officers noticed a heavy odor of alcohol and the portable breath test gave a 0.101 result.
