DICKINSON — After months of construction, Sims Street will reopen tomorrow, according to a spokesperson from the City of Dickinson engineering department.

Simultaneously, the department announced that a portion of 9th Street East will be closed between Oct. 23 - 31.

The affected area is between Sims Street and 2nd Avenue East.

Drivers are urged to follow posted signs and use an alternate route.
