A decade after the end of The Good Wife, CBS will be launching a new legal drama from its creators Robert and Michelle King . The network has given a series order to Cupertino , created and executive produced by the Kings and starring The Good Wife alum Mike Colter, to premiere during the 2026-27 season.

The pickup decision comes shortly after CBS brass received material out of the Cupertino writers room.

Cupertino is a David vs. Goliath legal drama set in the heart of Silicon Valley that follows a lawyer (Colter) who is being cheated out of his stock-options by his former employer, a tech start-up.
