EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 69-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday, Oct. 21, in Clint.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for Arthur Hernandez, 69, who was diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and was last seen Tuesday night at the 13600 block of Alameda in Clint.

Hernandez was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki shorts, and green shoes.

Officials believe Hernandez's disappearance poses a threat to himself.
