We are giving you the FIRST ALERT to a chilly second half of the workweek.

We had a nice abundance of sunshine throughout Eastern Kentucky for your Wednesday with temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s for the high end.

As we head into the evening hours, we will stay clear with overnight lows making it into the upper 30s and low 40s.

A Frost Advisory will go into effect beginning at 4 AM and last until 9 AM.

The stretch of below normal temperatures continues for the next few days with highs going back into the mid 60s for Saturday and Sunday.

A Shower chance Sunday Night is not out of the equation.

This will take us into next week when we keep rain chances in the forecast.
