An Indiana woman has been convicted of conspiracy to commit child molesting in Cass County.

38-year-old Amanda Sayger of Twelve Mile was convicted Wednesday morning following a trial in Cass Circuit Court.

Prosecutor Noah Schafer said a detective revealed Sayger had arranged for sexual encounters between a 13-year-old and a 36-year-old male in exchange for money.

Police said the 13-year-old was given alcohol and T-H-C gummies during the encounters.

Following two days of evidence, a jury deliberated less than two hours before returning a guilty verdict on all charges.

Sayger is scheduled to be sentenced on November 20th and faces a maximum sentence of over 300 years.
