SAGINAW, MI — Hospitalized after drunkenly crashing his car and killing a woman, a St. Charles man ripped out his IVs and fled. Accountability still caught up to him, and he’s now to spend up to 20 years in prison.

Saginaw County Circuit Judge Darnell Jackson on Monday, Oct. 20, sentenced 31-year-old Grady E. Suggs III to concurrent terms of six to 20 years and six to 15 years in prison. The judge gave Suggs credit for 272 days already served in the county jail and ordered he pay $236 in fines and costs.
