If you’re looking to quench your thirst with a can of Coca-Cola lately, you might want to think twice.
Coca-Cola is recalling several brands of canned Coca-Cola products due to the presence of metal, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration .
The recall, which was initiated by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, LLC, impact select Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola, and Sprite cans.
The Texas-based company first recalled the beverages on Oct. 3, 2025, and then the FDA classified it as a Class II recall on Oct. 20, 2025 .
The FDA defines a Class II recall as something “may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.”
