Wout Weghorst had a first half to forget in the Champions League clash between Ajax and Chelsea.

The Dutch giants find themselves 5-1 down at Stamford Bridge, with their only goal coming from Weghorst, but the nightmare began shortly after the Dutchman struck.

After the Blues raced into a 2-0 lead through Marc Guiu and Moises Caicedo, Weghorst pulled a goal back from the penalty spot.

However, just three minutes later the lofty striker was left with a bloody head when Tosin Adarabioyo caught his head with his boot after a collision.

Things then went from bad to worse, as Weghorst brought down Enzo Fernandez inside the box to concede a penalty, who converted the spot kick to make it 3-1.
