An accused getaway driver in the shooting of a 26-year-old man in a Bronx laundromat parking lot , has been arrested for murder as cops continue to hunt for the gunman, officials said Wednesday.
Norman Moore, 64, was arrested Friday for murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly driving the gunman to and from the parking lot of Laundrybee 24/7 near White Plains Road and Rosewood St. in Williamsbridge about 6:40 p.m. Oct 7, cops said.
The gunman fatally shot Fareed Adeyi , who was sitting in a navy blue Volkswagen Passat outside the laundromat down the block from his home.
“I just hope justice will be served,” the sister of the victim, who did not want to be named, told the Daily News after the arrest.
“(Adeyi) did not deserve to die. He didn’t deserve to
