Three key New Orleans Saints players were not present during the open viewing portion of Wednesday’s practice ahead of the team’s Week 8 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Wide receiver Chris Olave , defensive back Alontae Taylor and defensive end Chase Young were all absent from practice. Another starter, tight end Juwan Johnson, was wearing a red non-contact jersey.

Both Olave and Taylor briefly left last week’s game against the Chicago Bears. Olave never visited the blue injury tent on the sideline, but Taylor appeared to be evaluated for a concussion. Both players finished the game.

Everyone else was present for the Saints, though that number does not include center Erik McCoy (bicep) and running back Kendre Miller (ACL), who were placed on injured reserve earlier this week
