Illinois state representative says ICE agents pointed a gun at him and threatened to bash his car windows

Illinois State Representative Hoan Huynh (D) tells CNN's Brianna Keilar about his encounter with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, saying at one point a gun was pointed "directly at my face" while community patrolling north of downtown Chicago.
