UW report finds police unknowingly shared license plate data with Border Patrol

New research from the University of Washington's Center for Human Rights has revealed that the U.S. Border Patrol may have accessed data from automated license plate readers (ALPRs), also known as Flock cameras, in several cities across the state, in some cases without explicit authorization.
