Green Bay-based Schreiber Foods Inc. has appointed a 27-year employee as its new president, setting up a leadership transition as CEO Ron Dunford prepares to retire in late 2026.

Schreiber's board on Oct. 22, announced it appointed Trevor Farrell as its next president effective Jan. 1. Farrell will add the chief executive officer title after Dunford retires from the job on Sept. 30, 2026. Farrell joined Schreiber in 1998 and currently serves as the company's executive vice president and president of U.S. operations.

“This company means so much to me, and I’m excited to continue working alongside our amazing partners to build on the strong foundation Ron and so many others have helped create," Farrell said in a news release.
