Last week, the Forest Hills Garden Corporation filed a lawsuit against the city, claiming the NYPD illegally seized private streets in the neighborhood to funnel thousands of concertgoers into Forest Hills Stadium.

The concert venue received three noise violations during the “All Things Go” festival in September, amplifying resident complaints.

The homeowner’s association argues its streets cannot be used as a shortcut for a commercial concert business — overriding residents’ rights.

Katie Rosenfeld, the attorney representing the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation, joined “The Rush Hour” on Wednesday to talk about the new lawsuit.
