Council OKs culverts, Ivy Lea road design
The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands council has approved funding for urgent culvert replacements on Kidd Road and Fairfax Road, and authorized design work for the Ivy Lea Road culvert, citing safety concerns and deteriorating infrastructure.
