A new apartment project planned for Langley Township’s Carvolth area will sit near the busy park and ride bus exchange, if it is approved to go ahead.

According to the Township’s online development portal, the project has moved two preliminary phases, and a development permit has been requested to build the project.

The proposed project is located at 8360 201 Street, with 84 Avenue to the north and 82B to the south. The area to the east is mostly townhouses, with similar apartment building to the west. To the north are more apartments, and a block away is the bus exchange.

The plan, submitted by ParaMorph Architecture, is to create 210 units in two six-storey buildings, built in line on a lot that runs north to south.
