CINCINNATI —

The man accused in a deadly stabbing in Bond Hill earlier this month has been indicted on murder charges.

The stabbing happened on Oct. 12 , at a home on Franklin Avenue around 4 p.m. Advertisement

Cincinnati police said Dontarius Tre'Von Caldwell, 21, was rushed from the scene to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.

Police took a person of interest into custody and he was later charged with murder. That suspect was identified as Herschel Palmore III, 27.

In court the next day, prosecutors said the victim showed up to Palmore's house and an argument led to the violence.

On Wednesday, Palmore was indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury on two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault.
