A 23-year-old man wanted in connection with the Aug. 18 shooting death of an 18-year-old in central Lubbock was arrested by federal authorities Wednesday in Oklahoma, according to police.
Kendrick “Skrilla” Taylor, who was included in the list of Texas' most wanted fugitives in September, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force about 11:30 p.m. at a hotel in Tulsa, according to a police news release.
He was wanted on a murder charge in the shooting death of Lawrence Brantley Aug. 18 in the 1900 block of 44th Street.
