DENVER (KDVR) — A 61-year-old Castle Rock voter has been found guilty by a jury of voter fraud, connected to the 2022 General Election.

Prosecutors were able to prove that Elizabeth Ann Davis had submitted a ballot under the name of her dead husband and also cast her own legitimate ballot in the same election. She was also convicted of casting a ballot for her son, according to a press release from the 23rd Judicial District Attorney's Office.

Douglas County Clerk and Recorder Sheri Davis praised the case's outcome in a press release shared on Wednesday.
