PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Portland Police are investigating after a person was shot just west of Centennial High School on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers have blocked off the area near SE 174th and SE Haig Drive as they continue investigating at the scene.

Portland Police have confirmed one person has been shot, but the victim’s condition is currently unknown.
