Carney announces goal to double Canada’s non-U.S. exports in the next decade

Prime Minister Mark Carney, delivering a speech to university students in Ottawa on Wednesday night, says his government's goal to double Canada’s non-U.S. exports in the next decade will generate $300 billion more in trade.
