Demolition started Monday at the White House to begin building President Donald Trump’s ballroom. A 90,000-square-foot, glass-walled space is being added to accommodate 999 people, up from an approximate 200-person capacity in the East Room, which is currently the largest room in the White House. Jeff Mason is a White House Correspondent for Reuters and he got the opportunity to ask Trump about the ongoing construction project. He spoke with LiveNOW’s Mike Pache this evening.
