Paul Walter Hauser will soon play Chris Farley in Josh Gad ‘s biopic about the legendary “Saturday Night Live” cast member, and “The Naked Gun” star has called out who he wants to play Lorne Michaels .

While speaking with Variety on Wednesday night at the Los Angeles premiere of “Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere,” Hauser said he wants Sam Rockwell to play the “SNL” mastermind.

“I have some ideas for who to cast for Lorne,” Hauser said. “I really want Sam Rockwell to play Lorne Michaels, which I don’t think I’ve told anyone yet.”

Hauser then addressed his pitch directly to Rockwell.

“Sam Rockwell, please play Lorne Michaels in my Chris Farley movie,” he added. “You love being around me when I do my Farley impression anyway, so I’ll do Matt Foley all day for you and make y
