A Perth office worker has lost his unfair dismissal claim after the Fair Work Commission agreed his sharing of details about his “polyamorous sex life” to female colleagues amounted to harrassment.

Administration worker Evan-Ashley Solace was sacked from his role at laboratory manufacturer Mettler-Toledo's Perth office after several misconduct allegations were raised in May this year.

He took the case to the FWC after several communications with his superiors led to his dismissal.

The FWC found he “did sexually harass” his colleagues and his dismissal was not unfair in a decision filed this month.
