Grieving mother of congressional intern demands justice after son killed in DC shooting

The mother of 21-year-old Eric Tarpinian-Jachym — a congressional intern killed near the D.C. Convention Center — is speaking publicly for the first time since two teenage suspects were arrested in his death.
