The New York Jets can’t seem to stay out of their own mess. They are sitting at 0-7 and have become the talk of the league for all the wrong reasons. Recently, owner Woody Johnson threw a verbal jab at QB Justin Fields while defending his new head coach, Aaron Glenn . And now, Fields has finally broken his silence.

When the 26-year-old was asked if he was aware of Johnson’s comment, he said, “I wasn’t. I’m not on social media. It doesn’t bother me. Everybody knows I need to play better, we need to play better as a team, but it doesn’t matter how the offense does as a unit. I’m gonna get the blame,” the quarterback said while talking to media.
