State admits Pohoiki dredging effort failed; Ilagan takes ‘full responsibility’

Despite months of dredging work to reopen the Pohoiki Boat Ramp, the entrance channel has again filled with volcanic debris and sand, the state Department of Land and Natural Resources confirmed.
